  1. What is the use of a Lead Generation Form?
    This is to enable the staff to properly introduce a customer to the Financial Executive and also for the Financial Executive to record the customers detail and the details of the Lead Provider.

  2. What do we do if the customer refuses to fill up or go through the Financial Profile?
    It is the FEs duty to convince the customer that we would not be able to assess the customer's financal standing as to where he is now, where he would want to be and finally for us to give a suitable solution.

  3. Do we wait for the Medical Report before submission of the proposal forms?
    No, you will have to send the proposal forms for processing and the medical report will be forwarded to Mayban Life Assurance by the clinic.

  4. Can the Financial Executive be the witness of his own proposal?
    No, the Branch Manager or any other person other than the Financial Executive himself or herself must be the witness.

  5. What is the definition of immediate family member in the staff discount of 35%?
    Immediate family member here means spouse, parents, children and siblings.

  6. Can nieces and nephews be entitled to the staff discount of 35%?
    No, however they are still entitled to the 5% discount if they are Maybank/Mayban Finance Bank accountholders.
